Hi!

My name is Henna and I am a member of MyFlavoria project. I am studying Chemical Engineering at Turku University of Applied Sciences. I am interested in food industry, thus in my studies, I lean toward food production processes. Before TUAS, I graduated in confectioning and food production, and since, I have worked with different food production companies. Last summer I was working in a laboratory as a quality specialist for a well-known corporation here in Turku. My tasks included different analyses of ingredients and products as well as validations of analysis methods. In the future, I want more experience in laboratory analyses and I would like to work in product development for example.
