Interim report
We have now being working with the project for couple of
months, and the start has been little bit slow. At first it took some time to
get to know other group members and to realize what exactly our project was
about. But after couple of meetings with the group, work started going more fluently,
and since we had our first meeting with our project owner the main target got
clear for all of us.
Our group consist of 8 members: Lari Takanen, Martti
Kaikkonen, Henry Ilomäki, Henna Koivunalho, Niko Laaksonen, Jaakko Vähäkangas,
Anne- Laure Bourrouilh and Laura Prats Sampietro. Lari Takanen is our project manager and Martti
Kaikkonen is vice manager, otherwise members don’t have any kind of specific
responsibilities, all of us are working equally with the project. Our exchange
students Anne- Laure and Laura have now done their part of the project and after
new year we will keep on working with 6 members.
At the moment we have been working mostly on planning the
project and the launching. Launching time will be on February, which means that
we should be ready with our marketing plan soon after new year. Other task that
is keeping us busy for now is designing of poster and other marketing tools,
for example, flyers.
We are confident that we will proceed well with the project
and that we will reach our target of 400 active users for the application
before the end of spring. The way to reach this goal will not be easy and
because of that we need to have good marketing plan. We need to do our research
about customers well, so that we can influence on them when we get to launching
period.
